Taylor began her YouTube career by recording ASMR videos using her phone. PewDiePie was her star in a gaming video soon after she reached the 50,000th subscriber. It was approximately 1 1/2 months following the upload of her first YouTube video. Taylor quit working for her Youtube channel two months later. There were close to 100,000 subscribers. The reason for this was technical problems and she felt overwhelmed. In August 2022 after taking a break of a few months, Taylor began to create videos, like the ASMR 10 sleep triggers (35 million hits). The YouTuber uploaded ASMR 20 triggers that aid in sleeping during July of 2017. (38 million views by august 2022). In August of 2017, Shane Dawson featured her during an interview. The channel also reached one million subscribers within a few days. Wired UK calculated that she was earning $1,000 a each day through her YouTube Channel in February 2019.

Helfer was raised in the rural area of Donalda, Alberta, Canada and was the daughter of Dennis and Elaine Helfer. Her parents are of German, English and Swedish heritage. She was a graduate of the Stettler's William E. Hay Composite High School. Together with the help of her sisters Trena Tammy Tara She resided in the farm owned by her family. When she was 17 years old, a scout for models from an agency discovered Helfer when he was waiting at the front of a line for entry into the cinema.
